Q Lawns turf growers have joined forces with celebrity gardener David Domoney to promote the importance of having a real live lawn. The venue for this 24-day promotion is the Daily Mail Ideal Home Exhibition at Earls Court, London.

Q Lawns are keen to emphasise the role that a well-maintained

lawn can play in the fight against the effects of global warming. As well as the obvious one of absorbing carbon dioxide from the air, a turfed area is extremely effective at soaking up rainfall, thus helping to avoid flash flooding as well.
